Biography Rachel Wagner

Rachel Wagner is the Hundere Teaching Fellow of Religion and Culture at Oregon State University. She has a special interest in religion and film, religion in new media outlets like the internet, Islam & the Media, and religious and ethical dimensions of video games depicting war.

Wagner received her Ph.D. from The University of Iowa, where she  specialized in religion and literature. Her dissertation explores the  intertextuality of William Blake's poetry through an analysis of biblical literary forms and styles in Blake's epic poem Jerusalem.
